Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, as the data subject, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", provide SOHO Grand Hotel LLC (hereinafter — the Operator) with my consent to process my personal data.

1. List of Personal Data

I provide consent to process the following personal data:

• Last name, first name;
• Phone number;
• Email address (if provided).

2. Purposes of Processing

Personal data processing is carried out solely for the following purposes:

• processing callback requests;
• communication with the user to clarify inquiries and provide responses.

3. Operations with Personal Data

I consent to the following operations with my personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, erasure, destruction.

4. Method of Processing

Personal data processing is carried out both using automation tools and without such means.

5. Validity Period of Consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written statement to the Operator at the following email address: hotel@sohoazov.ru.

7. Legal Consequences

I understand that withdrawing my consent may result in the inability to process my request and provide feedback.

I hereby confirm that:
